The Perth Mint packages 5g bars in presentation boxes of 10 — a total of 50 grams of gold in a single collector-grade box. The box is an elegant way to accumulate a meaningful gold position while maintaining the individual bar's assay card packaging and certification for each piece.

If you are purchasing 10 or more bars, ask us about box-lot pricing. Buying in complete boxes may attract a slightly reduced per-bar cost and simplifies storage and future resale.

Your purchase can be collected in person at our Sydney or Melbourne offices, delivered by fully insured specialist courier, or placed directly into our allocated vault storage. Vault storage is free for the first 3 months with every purchase.

Allocated storage means your specific bars — identified by serial number — are ring-fenced in our Class 10 vault and insured at full replacement value through Lloyd's of London. You can sell stored bars at full spot price at any time without taking delivery.

Investment-grade gold (≥99.5% pure) is exempt from GST in Australia. This bar is GST-free. Selling is a Capital Gains Tax (CGT) event — if held for more than 12 months, the 50% CGT discount applies to individuals. A detailed tax invoice is provided with every purchase. Retain all invoices for CGT records. Seek independent tax advice for your specific circumstances.

All deliveries use specialist insured couriers with full replacement-value coverage from dispatch until signed delivery. Discreet packaging — no markings indicate contents. Delivery times: Sydney/Melbourne next business day; other metro 1–2 days; regional 2–5 days.

Returns are accepted only where the product delivered differs materially from the product ordered, or in the case of a manufacturing defect. Returns based on price movement after confirmed purchase are not accepted. Contact us within 5 business days if you believe a return is warranted.
