Pour-moulded at ABC Bullion's Sydney refinery, each bar is individually stamped with the ABC rounded square logo, "500g / FINE SILVER / 999.5," and the Australia assay disc — confirming LBMA-accredited Australian refinery provenance.
At half the weight of the popular 1kg bar, the 500g is ideal for investors who want to begin accumulating physical silver in larger bar denominations without the full 1kg commitment. The cast format means the organic surface texture — flow lines, grain structure — is characteristic of the pour process and does not affect silver content or resale value.

- 500g (~9% premium): Lower entry price — roughly half the outlay of the 1kg. Slightly higher premium per gram. Best when beginning a silver position or adding smaller increments to an existing holding.
- 1kg (~8% premium): One percentage point lower premium. Better per-gram efficiency for the same refinery and product. Best when ready to commit to a full kilogram in a single purchase.
- 5kg (~6% premium): Maximum premium efficiency available in the ABC cast silver range. Best for established investors consolidating a large position.
A practical accumulation strategy: start with 500g bars to build familiarity with the product, then transition to 1kg bars as position size grows, and ultimately consolidate into 5kg bars for maximum efficiency.
Silver tarnishes when exposed to air and sulfur compounds. To minimise tarnish during home storage: keep the bar sealed in its original wrapping, avoid rubber-lined safes (rubber off-gasses sulfur), and store in a cool, dry environment. Tarnish is purely cosmetic and does not affect the bar's silver content or resale value at reputable dealers.
